If you've registered for GDC, you can use the same login credentials. Adding a session to your schedule does not guarantee you a seat. Sessions do fill up, so please arrive early to sessions that you would like to attend.
Ira Fay, Associate Professor of Computer Science and Game Design, Hampshire College
Ira Fay is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Game Design at Hampshire College (ranked top 10 nationally for game design by Princeton Review) and is the CEO of Fay Games, a studio primarily focused on games for educational impact. He previously co-founded the undergraduate game design and development program at Quinnipiac University, where he was an Assistant Professor of Game Design and Development. Before beginning his academic career, Ira was a Senior Game Designer at Electronic Arts (Pogo.com), where he led Pogo mobile game development and released several top web games. Prior to Pogo, Ira worked at Z-Axis (Activision) on X-Men 3, at Maxis on The Sims 2, and at Walt Disney Imagineering on ToonTown Online. Ira graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and master's degrees in information systems management and entertainment technology. He is also a published board game designer.
