One of the visual pillars of 'Marvel's Spider-Man' was to have believable cloth-solutions that helped to sell Insomniac's shared vision of the incredible cast and meet the high standards set in today's AAA market. Discussed here are the techniques and tools used to author, iterate and polish content. Also covered is what challenges real-time cloth brought, what cloth could and could not be used for, and how to develop and improve the internal pipeline to speed up workflows.

Attendees will gain general knowledge on what and where real-time cloth can be used. While some of the presentation will be software specific, topics will be general enough that knowledge should be able to be applied to other software solutions and pipelines.

Intended Audience

While some talking points will be intended for a slightly more technical audience, there will be no need for specific or prior knowledge of existing solutions. Any experience-level should be able to pick up the core concepts and methods discussed.
