The audience of your game is not only the players of your game, but can also be viewers watching someone playing your game. In this session, the speaker will talk about designing games with a focus on both the player's and the audience's experience. The presentation will demonstrate how to design user interfaces and game mechanics that are best suited for a live gaming experience or for streamed games.
Attendees will learn about the special UX requirements of games played in front of audiences on a stream or at big shows such as Gamescom, and what it takes to attract the masses.
The talk is designed for everyone who is interested in learning design mechanics and processes not only for players but also for the ones watching someone play the game.
