This interactive session is designed to challenge you by presenting tough questions you haven't asked yourself about your leadership. The speaker will ask questions about cognitive diversity, active listening, ego, meeting dynamics, adaptability, and more. Between groups of questions, you will discuss with people around you to reflect on them and come up with other challenging ideas to share with the room. At the end of the talk, everyone should leave with completely different notes from one another and full of inspiration to examine their way of doing things in their team. Major themes will be roles / relationships, communication, information, and structure / planning / efficiency.
This talk should challenge attendees and inspire critical thought about the way they work, manage teams, navigate relationships, run meetings, and make decisions. Every attendee should leave with different notes specific to improving their team dynamic and game-making process, prompted by tough questions and stories.
Team leaders, managers, producers, and anyone whose responsibility it is to encourage healthy team dynamic, solve inter-personal problems, report to higher-ups, or generally be concerned with the well-being of the relationships within the teams they work with.
