Executive Producers Kathryn and Noora share their experience in the ever-evolving and male dominated world of emerging technology. Through research and a series of interviews with other female leaders in the entertainment business, they distill that knowledge and add their personal and unfiltered take on it. They report candidly on lessons learned and reveal their findings in four key principles of leadership: self-awareness, taking risks, executive presence and being human. They discuss the do's and don’ts of leadership, and practical tips learned through successes and failures in their combined 20 years of experience.
Attendees will come away with an understanding of what it takes to lead people and projects from the unique perspective of two badass women. They will receive tangible action items that can be applied to their work today. Noora and Kathryn will impart high level insight as well as practical tips on how to level up.
The intended audience is women leaders, current and aspiring. Though the goal is to educate and support women in the industry, the talk will have broader appeal and will be compelling to anyone interested in leadership methodology. No prerequisite knowledge is required.
