If you've registered for GDC, you can use the same login credentials. Adding a session to your schedule does not guarantee you a seat. Sessions do fill up, so please arrive early to sessions that you would like to attend.
An overview of non-linear design techniques in single player sandbox levels, the distinct value and challenges of very non-linear levels, and how how level designers can adapt these techniques to otherwise linear levels.
Attendees will learn how to approach non-linear level design, including layout, gameplay dynamics, and troubleshooting in a constrained open space, and how to include non-linear design techniques to improve their linear levels.
