'Kingdoms and Castles' was developed in about a year and a half and went on to sell hundreds of thousands of copies on Steam. Peter Angstadt and Michael Peddicord explain how they course corrected and verified the viability of the game by testing audience interest before it was released. This talk will also cover how the game was developed and designed quickly and efficiently, and how this was all done without crunching or burn out and with the team able to stay happy, healthy, and friends throughout development.
