The Art Leadership Roundtable is a moderated forum discussion of pressing issues and challenges from a variety of teams and studios. While discussions are reasonably controlled, topics of discussion are varied and often generated by the attendees. The "Early Career Roundtable" is specifically geared towards developers who are new to leadership roles are who are interested in learning more. Attendees are also strongly encouraged to participate in the discussions.

Takeaway

The Art Leadership Roundtable affords attendees the opportunities to ask questions about leadership, studio culture, management, and teamwork. Given the number of attendees, these questions will be discussed across a variety of studios (from indie to mobile to AAA) and cultures. It is also a great opportunity to network and engage in shared creative challenges.

Intended Audience

The primary audience for this session are students and developers in the early stages of their career who are interested in the responsibilities and challenges of leadership. While veterans are welcome, the primary topics of this roundtable will favor issues for individuals in the earliest stages of their career.
